Julia Kerolus, MD is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon in Atlanta who specializes in comprehensive surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation, facial contouring, rhinoplasty, and facial nerve reanimation surgery. Dr. Kerolus provides compassionate care while delivering outstanding cosmetic results.

Dr. Kerolus earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. She went on to complete a five-year residency program in head and neck surgery at the prestigious University of Illinois Hospital. She then sub-specialized in Advanced Facial Plastic Surgery and was selected to complete an elite fellowship in Beverly Hills with world-renowned facial plastic surgeons Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Babak Azizzadeh. Dr. Kerolus began her career at the University of Illinois Division of Facial Plastic Surgery as the director of the Facial Nerve Center. Dr. Kerolus remains involved in educating the next generation of surgeons, lecturing residents on innovative techniques in facial plastic surgery at Emory University. Her research is focused on the management of facial paralysis, quality improvement in patient care and worldwide healthcare delivery.
